- Mug or small ramekin
- Fork or small whisk
- Measuring spoons
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp plain/all-purpose flour*
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp stevia or 0 calorie granulated sweetener
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp olive oil or oil of choice
- 3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk* +1 tbsp for topping (optional)
- 1-2 g chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a small mug, mix together the dry ingredients.
- Add in the oil and milk and mix until we’ll combined.Top with a few chocolate chips and microwave for 50-60 seconds. (For reference, my microwave is 700W and it took 55 seconds).
- Allow the mug cake 1-2 minutes to cool before enjoying.
