To make this super skinny tiramisu for one you will need:
Ladyfingers – Just like in traditional tiramisu, this recipe uses lady fingers between layers of cream cheese.
Espresso – This recipe works best with espresso. It is a very strong coffee flavor so if that’s not really your thing, you can totally use brewed coffee.
Philadelphia lightest cream cheese – Philadelphia lightest is perfect for any recipe that requires cream cheese. It is creamy but has a fraction of the calories in mascarpone. You can also use light cream cheese if you don’t have access to the lightest version. For a vegan or dairy-free alternative, use vegan cream cheese.
0% fat greek yogurt – Fat free yogurt is gives the cream cheese a fluffier and softer texture making it the perfect whip cream alternative. Make sure you use greek yogurt to get a thick and creamy mixture. For a vegan or dairy-free alternative, use vegan yogurt.
Stevia or 0 calorie sweetener – Any 0 calorie granulated sweetener will work for this recipe.
Unsweetened cocoa powder – Unsweetened cocoa powder is used in the coffee mixture as well as a little dusting for the top of the dessert.
Vanilla extract – Vanilla makes everything better.

How to make skinny tiramisu
- Brew your espresso and mix in 1 tsp of cocoa powder. (I also like to add 1-3 tsp of stevia as the espresso I use is very strong, but this is optional).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, yogurt, stevia and vanilla extract until smooth. Set aside.
- Cut the ladyfingers in half and dip them in the espresso.
- Layer the tiramisu by alternating between ladyfingers and the cream cheese mix until there is two layers of both.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Top with 1-2 tsp of cocoa powder and serve immediately.

FAQ’s
Can I use mascarpone?
If you would like to use mascarpone in this recipe, you can. Replace the cream cheese with 50g of mascarpone and mix with the yogurt. Bear in mind though that this will increase the calories by around 200 calories depending on the mascarpone you use.
Can I sub 0 calorie sweetener?
I would always recommend 0 calorie sweetener as this yields the lowest number of calories in any given recipe, and it still tastes great. I like to use Stevia but if you don’t have this available to you, you can use regular sugar which will increase the calories.
Do I need to use espresso?
I find this recipe tastes the best with espresso but you can use instant espresso or even instant coffee. Whatever type of coffee you choose to use won’t affect the recipe much but it may alter the taste.

Storage
Although this recipe makes a single serving, you can make ahead and store in the fridge for another day. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Hi , where did the 16 grams of sugar per serving come from if you used sweetener , thanks
Hi! Most of it comes from the lady fingers, and a little from other ingredients like the yogurt π
