Ingredients
  

  • 3 ladyfingers halved
  • 100 ml espresso or coffee
  • 50 g Philadelphia lightest cream cheese
  • 75 g 0% fat yogurt
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp stevia or 0 calorie sweetener (more if you want to sweeten the coffee)
  • 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder plus more for dusting

Instructions
 

Prepare

  • Brew your espresso and mix in 1 tsp of cocoa powder.
  • Cream together the cream cheese, yogurt, sweetener and vanilla extract until smooth. Set aside.

Assemble

  • Cut the ladyfingers in half and dip them into the coffee.
  • Layer the tiramisu by alternating ladyfingers and the cream cheese mix until there is two layers of both.

Chill and serve

  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Top with 1-2 tsp of cocoa powder and serve immediately.
