    1. Hi Caroline, you can do but the brownies might be slightly on the dry side. I would recommend dairy-free yogurt if you can get it or just add 1 tsp of oil along with the applesauce to keep them moist!

    hello!

I have been looking for a low cal tasty brownie recipe to help with those WFH snack cravings – but if I wanted to add make these with a higher protein content and add protein powder, will I need to adjust quantities?

    thanks!

    1. Hi Kate, you can definitely make these with protein powder! I would suggest using 20g of protein powder and 30g of flour. Let me know how that works out 🙂

      1. Do you think you could use water with protein powder mixed in instead of milk? If so what measurements would you recommend?
        Thanks! Keen to try these!

        1. Hi Kierralee, you can definitely use water instead of milk. I would do a 1:1 ratio of water to milk so you can substitute an equal amount of water instead of the milk!

    1. Hi Michelle, no. The eggs should be fluffy – almost foamy. They will double in size and get lighter in color. This should only take a few minutes!

  2. I cant find a stevia to splenda or stevia to sugar conversion chart anywhere. Does anyone know how many grams of splenda is equal to 50 grams of stevia?

50 grams of splenda would be a massive bag.

    1. Hi Hanna, there should be a conversion on the bag of Splenda you get. The stevia I use is a 2:1 conversion with sugar so it’s half the amount of sugar I would use. This recipe would therefore require about 100g of sugar! Hopefully that helps 🙂
