FAQ’s
Do I need to use unsweetened almond milk?
Nope. You can use any milk you like. Most of my recipes are for calorie deficits and weight loss so I try to make them as low calorie as I possibly can. If you’re not in a calorie deficit or you fancy using different milk – go for it.
The calories will be different though so bear that in mind. I love to use Barista almond or oat milk sometimes. These milks add a little creaminess to the Frappe which makes it even more delicious.
I don’t have a 0 calorie syrup, what can I use instead?
First of all, WHY???
I have found the perfect 0 calorie syrup, I rave about Jordan’s skinny syrups so often I’m surprised they haven’t noticed me yet! You can get a caramel trio here, you will never be using any other syrup again they’re just that delicious.
If you don’t have these available to you or you’re just not interested, you can use regular coffee syrups or sugar. Again, these will increase the calories so if you’re in a deficit, bear that in mind.
