Ingredients
  

  • 125 ml (½ cup) unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 shots espresso*
  • 300 g (2 cups) ice
  • 3 tbsp caramel skinny syrup

Instructions
 

  • Combine the ice, milk, espresso and syrup in a blender.
  • Start by blending on the lowest setting on your blender.
  • Gradually increase the speed until you’re on the highest speed setting and bled until smooth.
  • Pour into your favorite glass and serve immediately.
