- 125 ml (½ cup) unsweetened almond milk
- 2 shots espresso*
- 300 g (2 cups) ice
- 3 tbsp caramel skinny syrup
Combine the ice, milk, espresso and syrup in a blender.
Start by blending on the lowest setting on your blender.
Gradually increase the speed until you’re on the highest speed setting and bled until smooth.
Pour into your favorite glass and serve immediately.
