- Full-fat yogurt – This recipe calls for full-fat yogurt rather than low-fat or 0% fat yogurt. This recipe contains very little fat so the yogurt works perfectly to add a little fat and give that fudgy brownie texture! For a vegan alternative, opt for vegan yogurt.
- Stevia – Any 0 calorie sweetener can be used for this recipe but stevia is my personal fave!
- Unsweetened cocoa powder – To get that dark, rich and ultra chocolaty flavor, opt for unsweetened cocoa powder. It is low in calories and adds a delicious rich chocolate flavor.
- Unsweetened almond milk – You can use any milk of your choosing but unsweetened almond milk contains the fewest amount of calories making it perfect for this recipe.
- Baking powder – To help the low calorie brownie baked oats rise.
- Vanilla extract – No baked recipe is complete without a dash of vanilla extract!
- White chocolate chips – I used regular white chocolate chips for this recipe but you can use dark, milk or sugar-free chocolate chips. Use vegan chocolate chips for a vegan alternative.
