This recipe makes 2 servings. 

Macros per serving: 
146 calories 
21g carbs 
8.5g fibre 
4.8g protein 
4.5g fat

Ingredients: 
* 180g peeled American sweet potato chunks (1 medium sweet potato or 210g before peeling) 
* 30g unsweetened cocoa powder 
* 30g 0 calorie icing sugar 
* 15g chocolate chips 
* 1/2 tsp salt 

Instructions: 
1. Peel and chop the sweet potato and transfer to a medium pot filled 3/4 of the way with water. Add a sprinkle of salt and set over medium-high heat until boiling. 
2. Once the water reaches a boil, turn the heat down to medium and allow the sweet potato chunks to boil for 20 minutes. 
3. Drain the potatoes and fill the pot with cold water. Allow the potato chunks to cool for a few minutes. 
4. Drain the potato chunks and transfer to a medium bowl. Using either a masher or a whisk, mash the potatoes until smooth. 
5. Add the cocoa powder, 0 calorie icing sugar and salt. Whisk until well combined and smooth. 
6. Fold in the chocolate chips, sprinkle with more salt, serve and enjoy!
