Ingredients
  

  • 200 g ice
  • 200 g 0% fat greek yogurt
  • 100 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 30 g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0 calorie vanilla syrup to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend on high speed until well combined. For a thicker milkshake, decrease the milk to 50ml and for a thinner shake, increase the milk to 150ml.
  • Transfer the milkshake to glass, serve with any toppings of your choice and enjoy!
