Low calorie baked cinnamon donuts

Ingredients
  

  • 80 g oat flour or blended oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 50 g fat-free yogurt
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 20 ml liquid 0 calorie sweetener
  • 60 ml unsweetened almond milk

Cinnamon frosting

  • 50 g Philadelphia lightest cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 180°C (356°F). Spray a 6-count donut case with a few 1 calorie sprays.
  • Combine all the donut ingredients in a medium bowl until smooth and lump-free.
  • Divide the batter equally between the 6 donut molds.
  • Bake the donuts for 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Cool the donuts in the donut case for 2-5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Meanwhile, prepare the frosting by mixing the cream cheese, powdered sugar and cinnamon until smooth. Set aside in the fridge.
  • Spoon and spread the frosting onto the donuts and serve.
