- 80 g oat flour or blended oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 50 g fat-free yogurt
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 20 ml liquid 0 calorie sweetener
- 60 ml unsweetened almond milk
Cinnamon frosting
- 50 g Philadelphia lightest cream cheese
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
Pre-heat oven to 180°C (356°F). Spray a 6-count donut case with a few 1 calorie sprays.
Combine all the donut ingredients in a medium bowl until smooth and lump-free.
Divide the batter equally between the 6 donut molds.
Bake the donuts for 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool the donuts in the donut case for 2-5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Meanwhile, prepare the frosting by mixing the cream cheese, powdered sugar and cinnamon until smooth. Set aside in the fridge.
Spoon and spread the frosting onto the donuts and serve.
