46 Calorie Pumpkin Spice Latte

This is the perfect low calorie fall drink! Made with real pumpkin and a simple pumpkin spice mix, this latte will be your go to this fall season.

Ingredients
  

Hot version:

  • 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 250 ml (1 cup) unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 shots espresso or 100ml brewed coffee
  • 2 tbsp 0 calorie brown sugar or sweetener of choice
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Iced version:

  • lots of ice
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 250 ml (1 cup) unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 shots espresso or 100ml brewed coffee
  • 2 tbsp 0 calorie vanilla syrup

Spice mix:

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger

Pumpkin cream:

  • 50 ml oat milk
  • 1 tsp pumpkin puree
  • dash of vanilla syrup

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, whisk together the milk, sweetener, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice mix and vanilla and place over medium heat. Continue whisking and remove from the heat once it has reached a gentle simmer and begins to steam, about 5 minutes.
  • Transfer the pumpkin milk mixture to your favorite mug, add the espresso/coffee, top with some pumpkin cream and enjoy!

To make this latte iced:

  • In a blender, mix together all of the ingredients except the ice. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the latte into a glass over ice and enjoy!

Pumpkin cream:

  • Place the oat milk, pumpkin puree and vanilla syrup into a milk frother and set to hot foam for the hot version or cold foam for the iced version.
