- 2 medium (130g) carrots
- 1 large (100g) apple
- 1/2 large (250g) cucumber
- 1 large (170g) orange
- 1 medium (70g) lemon
- 1/2 tsp tumeric powder
- 150 ml water (only if using a blender)
Wash and chop all produce.
Insert produce one at a time into the juicer.
Enjoy over ice. - May be stored in the fridge for up to 7 days.
If using a blender:
Chop all the produce into small chunks and blend with the water.
Once blended, sieve the juice to remove the lumps and serve over ice.
