This is the perfect detox juice for when you need a little pick me up after a few bad eating days.

Equipment

  • 1 Juicer - I used a blender which worked great. If using a blender, you would need to strain the juice at the end to remove any bits.
  • 1 Chopping board
  • 1 Knife

Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium (130g) carrots
  • 1 large (100g) apple
  • 1/2 large (250g) cucumber
  • 1 large (170g) orange
  • 1 medium (70g) lemon
  • 1/2 tsp tumeric powder
  • 150 ml water (only if using a blender)

Instructions
 

  • Wash and chop all produce.
  • Insert produce one at a time into the juicer.
  • Enjoy over ice. - May be stored in the fridge for up to 7 days.

If using a blender:

  • Chop all the produce into small chunks and blend with the water.
  • Once blended, sieve the juice to remove the lumps and serve over ice.
