  • Mini chopper (food processor)

Ingredients
  

Cucumber Sorbet

  • 250 g frozen cucumber
  • 10 mint leaves
  • ½ lime, juiced
  • 2 tbsp stevia

Strawberry & Mango Sorbet

  • 100 g frozen strawberry
  • 100 g frozen mango
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 2 tbsp stevia

Pineapple & Mint Sorbet

  • 200 g frozen pineapple
  • 10 mint leaves
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 2 tbsp stevia

Instructions
 

  • Freeze your fruit of choice for at least 2 hours (overnight is best).
  • Add all of your ingredients to a mini chopper/food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
