This super simple, refreshingly delicious sorbet recipe requires no churning and no more than 3 or 4 ingredients!

Cucumber Sorbet
- 250 g frozen cucumber
- 10 mint leaves
- ½ lime, juiced
- 2 tbsp stevia
Strawberry & Mango Sorbet
- 100 g frozen strawberry
- 100 g frozen mango
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 2 tbsp stevia
Pineapple & Mint Sorbet
- 200 g frozen pineapple
- 10 mint leaves
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 2 tbsp stevia
Freeze your fruit of choice for at least 2 hours (overnight is best).
Add all of your ingredients to a mini chopper/food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
