This sushi bowl is the perfect balance between sweet and spicy and tender and crunchy. It is full of flavor, requires very minimal effort and comes together in just 30 minutes!
Prepare the mango and habanero sauce by blending the sauce ingredients until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl.
Marinate the prawns in the sauce for 20 minutes.
Fry the prawns in the oil, along with the sauce for 3-5 minutes or until the sauce has thickened, turning frequently.
Assemble the sushi bowl by placing the rice at the bottom of a medium bowl, top with the prawns, salad, avocado chunks and fresh mango pieces. Drizzle on the mayo, serve and enjoy!
Substitutions:Habanero - Habanero peppers can be difficult to find. You can replace them with 3 jalapenos or 2 Serrano peppers. Apple cider vinegar - You can substitute this for any vinegar you have available to you. Salad - I used a pre-made salad mix for this recipe but feel free to create your own and add in whatever vegetables you would like!
