250 g grated zucchini 1 large egg 30 g light cheese 2 tbsp breadcrumbs Seasonings: 1 tsp dried parsley 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp garlic granules 1 tsp coriander powder ½ tsp dried vegetable stock BBQ mayo: 30 g ultra light mayonnaise 15 g BBQ sauce 1 tsp chilli powder (optional)
Pre-heat oven to 205°C (400°F).
Grate the Courgette and drain the excess water.
Mix all the ingredients in a medium bowl until well combined.
Form tot-like circular balls and place onto a prepared baking sheet. This recipe should make around 14-18 tots dependent on size.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, serve immediately and enjoy!
