Equipment

  • Grater
  • Medium bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g grated zucchini
  • 1 large egg
  • 30 g light cheese
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs

Seasonings:

  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • ½ tsp dried vegetable stock

BBQ mayo:

  • 30 g ultra light mayonnaise
  • 15 g BBQ sauce
  • 1 tsp chilli powder (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 205°C (400°F).
  • Grate the Courgette and drain the excess water.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a medium bowl until well combined.
  • Form tot-like circular balls and place onto a prepared baking sheet. This recipe should make around 14-18 tots dependent on size.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, serve immediately and enjoy!
