The perfect light summer lunch. A traditional Greek salad tossed with whole-wheat pasta and drizzled with low calorie Greek style dressing.

- 170 g cooked whole-wheat pasta
- 130 g cucumber diced
- 40 g red pepper
- 30 g red onion
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- 5 olives
- 30 g feta cheese
Dressing
- ½ tsp vinegar
- ¼ tsp mustard
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 15 ml water
Cook your pasta according to the instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
Mix all the salad ingredients together in a large bowl with the pasta and mix well.
Pour in the dressing, mix well and enjoy!
