  • Large bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 170 g cooked whole-wheat pasta
  • 130 g cucumber diced
  • 40 g red pepper
  • 30 g red onion
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • 5 olives
  • 30 g feta cheese

Dressing

  • ½ tsp vinegar
  • ¼ tsp mustard
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 15 ml water

Instructions
 

  • Cook your pasta according to the instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
  • Mix all the salad ingredients together in a large bowl with the pasta and mix well.
  • Pour in the dressing, mix well and enjoy!
