  • 3 dates, pitted
  • 4 tbsp (24g) oats
  • 1 tbsp almond or peanut butter
  • 1 cup (250ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • lots of ice

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
