  • Pre-heat oven to 180ºC (350ºF). Line a small baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, vanilla extract and 0 calorie brown sugar until well combined. Add the flour, cocoa powder and baking soda and fold to combine. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Roll the cookie dough into a ball, flatten it slightly in between your palms and place onto the prepared baking tray.

  • Bake for 6-8 minutes and allow to cool on the tray for a few minutes. Enjoy!

Notes

*Philadelphia lightest - Can be subbed for low-fat cream cheese but the calories will be slightly higher. 
*0 calorie brown sugar - Can be subbed for any  calorie granulated sweetener but be mindful of the conversion. The sweetener I used is a 1:1 ratio of sweetener to sugar.
