This low calorie single serve double chocolate cookie is thick, ultra chocolaty and rich! It is the perfect low calorie dessert to enjoy when you need to satisfy your sweet tooth quickly but maintain your calorie deficit. This cookie has just 105 calories, requires 6 ingredients and comes together in under 10 minutes - what could be better?
Pre-heat oven to 180ºC (350ºF). Line a small baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, vanilla extract and 0 calorie brown sugar until well combined. Add the flour, cocoa powder and baking soda and fold to combine. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Roll the cookie dough into a ball, flatten it slightly in between your palms and place onto the prepared baking tray.
Bake for 6-8 minutes and allow to cool on the tray for a few minutes. Enjoy!
