Ingredients
  

  • 15 g Philadelphia lightest*
  • 10 g 0 calorie brown sugar*
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 20 g plain or all purpose flour
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 5 g dark chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 180ºC (350ºF). Line a small baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, 0 calorie brown sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Add the flour, salt, baking soda and chocolate chips and fold until well combined.
  • Form the dough into a ball and flatten slightly. Place onto the baking tray and bake for 8 minutes.
  • Allow the cookie to cool on the tray for a few minutes, sprinkle with a little salt and enjoy!

Notes

*Philadelphia lightest - Can be subbed for low-fat cream cheese but the calories will be slightly higher. 
*0 calorie brown sugar - Can be subbed for any  calorie granulated sweetener but be mindful of the conversion. The sweetener I used is a 1:1 ratio of sweetener to sugar.
