Pre-heat oven to 180ºC (350ºF). Line a small baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, 0 calorie brown sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
Add the flour, salt, baking soda and chocolate chips and fold until well combined.
Form the dough into a ball and flatten slightly. Place onto the baking tray and bake for 8 minutes.
Allow the cookie to cool on the tray for a few minutes, sprinkle with a little salt and enjoy!
