This low calorie single serve berry crumble is made with mixed berries and topped with a simple low calorie crumble. It is the perfect low calorie dessert to enjoy on a rainy autumn day. If you have a major sweet tooth and need it satisfied like yesterday, write this recipe down because it will come in handy over and over again!
In a small bowl, toss together the berries, lemon juice and stevia until the berries are evenly coated. Transfer to a 9cm ramekin dish and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix together the flour, oats, stevia, cinnamon and low-fat butter until you have a crumbly mixture.
Spread the crumble over the berries and bake for 25 minutes.
Allow the crumble to cool slightly in the ramekin before serving warm. Enjoy!
