This low calorie single serve berry crumble is made with mixed berries and topped with a simple low calorie crumble. It is the perfect low calorie dessert to enjoy on a rainy autumn day. If you have a major sweet tooth and need it satisfied like yesterday, write this recipe down because it will come in handy over and over again!

Ingredients
  

  • 150 g mixed berries
  • 15 g stevia*
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice

For the crumble:

  • 10 g plain or all-purpose flour
  • 5 g oats
  • 10 g stevia
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 10 g low fat butter*

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 190°C (375°F).
  • In a small bowl, toss together the berries, lemon juice and stevia until the berries are evenly coated. Transfer to a 9cm ramekin dish and set aside.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the flour, oats, stevia, cinnamon and low-fat butter until you have a crumbly mixture.
  • Spread the crumble over the berries and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Allow the crumble to cool slightly in the ramekin before serving warm. Enjoy!

*Stevia - can be subbed for any 0 calorie granulated sweetener but be mindful of the conversion. The stevia I used is a 1:2 ratio of sugar to stevia. 
*Low-fat butter - Can be subbed for an equal amount of unsweetened applesauce
