Notes
*Stevia - Can be subbed for any 0 calorie granulated sweetener. The stevia I used for this recipe is a 1:2 ratio of stevia to sugar so keep that in mind. *Buttermilk - Can be subbed for an equal amount of 0% fat greek yogurt. *Red food coloring - I used a highly pigmented gel and used around 1/8 tsp. If you're using a liquid or regular gel (not high pigment) then 1/4 should be enough to achieve the same result. *Self-raising flour - Can be subbed for an equal amount of plain/AP flour plus 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp baking soda and a pinch of salt. *0 calorie powdered sugar - Can be subbed for an equal amount of regular powdered/icing sugar but the calories will increase. You can also make your own by blitzing granulated sweetener in a food processor until fine and powdered.
