9cm ramekin
20 g porridge oats 20 g protein powder 30 ml hazelnut milk Kinder ganache 30 g 0% fat yogurt 1 small (12.5g) kinder chocolate bar
Blend the oats, protein powder and milk together until smooth and lump free.
Pour the oats into a 9cm ramekin (or any small dessert dish) and refrigerate for about 1 hour, or until thickened.
To make the ganache, melt 1 kinder chocolate bar in a small bowl and mix in the yogurt until smooth and combined.
Refrigerate the ganache until the oats are ready.
After an hour, remove the oats and ganache from the fridge and pour the ganache over the oats.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
