Equipment

  • Blender
  • Small bowl
  • 9cm ramekin

Ingredients
  

  • 20 g porridge oats
  • 20 g protein powder
  • 30 ml hazelnut milk

Kinder ganache

  • 30 g 0% fat yogurt
  • 1 small (12.5g) kinder chocolate bar

Instructions
 

  • Blend the oats, protein powder and milk together until smooth and lump free.
  • Pour the oats into a 9cm ramekin (or any small dessert dish) and refrigerate for about 1 hour, or until thickened.
  • To make the ganache, melt 1 kinder chocolate bar in a small bowl and mix in the yogurt until smooth and combined.
  • Refrigerate the ganache until the oats are ready.
  • After an hour, remove the oats and ganache from the fridge and pour the ganache over the oats.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
