Pre-heat oven to 180°C (350ºF). Prep a 1 lb loaf tin with parchment paper and set aside.
In a medium bowl, mash the bananas until smooth or very few lumps remain. Whisk in the egg, yogurt, vanilla extract and stevia until well combined.
Add the flour, baking powder and ground cinnamon, whisking until smooth and well combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips and transfer the batter to the lined loaf tin.
Bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out with very few crumbs.
Allow the banana bread to cool for 10 minutes in the loaf tin before transferring to a wire rack to cool for at least 20 minutes.
Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes
*Stevia - The stevia I used is a 1:2 ratio of stevia to sugar. If the granulated sweetener you're using is a 1:1 ratio of sugar to sweetener, use 150g of it instead of 75g. *Flour - Sub the same amount of all-purpose or plain flour with the addition of 1 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp baking soda.
