These deliciously tender on the inside but crispy on the outside spicy garlic fries are the perfect no-fry fries! They are coated in a delicious garlic and chilli mix for the perfect crispy, flavorful fry!
Begin by washing and peeling the potatoes (you can leave the skin on too, if you'd like). Slice the the potatoes into thin 1/4-inch wide sticks.
Let the potatoes sit in a bath of cold water for at least 30 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the coating by mixing the olive oil, minced garlic, chilli and dried parsley.
Pre-heat oven to 230°C (450°F). Remove fries from the water and pat dry.
Toss the fries in the olive oil mix until evenly coated and place onto a prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes on the middle shelf. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper and tuck in!
