These deliciously tender on the inside but crispy on the outside spicy garlic fries are the perfect no-fry fries! They are coated in a delicious garlic and chilli mix for the perfect crispy, flavorful fry!

Ingredients
  

  • 220 g baking potatoes, sliced
  • 10 ml (2 tsp) olive oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions
 

  • Begin by washing and peeling the potatoes (you can leave the skin on too, if you'd like). Slice the the potatoes into thin 1/4-inch wide sticks.
  • Let the potatoes sit in a bath of cold water for at least 30 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the coating by mixing the olive oil, minced garlic, chilli and dried parsley.
  • Pre-heat oven to 230°C (450°F). Remove fries from the water and pat dry.
  • Toss the fries in the olive oil mix until evenly coated and place onto a prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes on the middle shelf. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper and tuck in!
