  • Oven-proof dish or microwaveable dish

Ingredients
  

  • 50 g porridge oats
  • 100 g banana
  • 1 tbsp 0 calorie brown sugar or sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp all spice
  • 50 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 chocolate square (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 180°C (356°F).
  • Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth and lump-free. Pour into a oven-safe dish.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or microwave for 3 minutes (see notes).
  • Cool the baked oats for 5 minutes, add any toppings you would like and enjoy!
