Gingerbread baked oats
This low calorie gingerbread baked oats is the perfect way to enjoy cake for breakfast whilst keeping it healthy!

- 50 g porridge oats
- 100 g banana
- 1 tbsp 0 calorie brown sugar or sweetener
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp all spice
- 50 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1 chocolate square (optional)
Pre-heat oven to 180°C (356°F).
Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth and lump-free. Pour into a oven-safe dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or microwave for 3 minutes (see notes).
Cool the baked oats for 5 minutes, add any toppings you would like and enjoy!
