Spice up your dinner with these stir fry chips. Made with spicy homemade fries and a delicious prawn stir fry. This recipe is really easy to make and comes together in under 30 minutes.
Prepare vegetables by slicing them into thin pieces.
Fry the vegetables in a few 1 calorie sprays until soft and lightly browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Add in the prawns and continue to fry until the prawns are lightly toasted on both sides, 3-4 minutes.
Add in the stir fry sauce and cook until most of the water has evaporated and the mixture is bubbling, about 5 minutes. Mix in the brown sugar and remove from the heat once dissolved.
Transfer the stir fry to a bowl and mix in the fries until completely coated in the stir fry.
