- 100 g frozen berries
- 1-2 tbsp stevia
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
For the crumble:
- 10 g plain or all-purpose flour
- 5 g oats
- 1 tbsp stevia
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp applesauce
Pre-heat oven to 190°C (375°F).
In a small bowl, toss together the berries, lemon juice and stevia until the berries are evenly coated. Transfer to a ramekin dish.
In a small bowl, mix together the flour, oats, stevia, cinnamon and applesauce until you have a crumbly mixture.
Spread the crumble over the berries and bake for 25 minutes.
