Ingredients
  

  • 100 g frozen berries
  • 1-2 tbsp stevia
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice

For the crumble:

  • 10 g plain or all-purpose flour
  • 5 g oats
  • 1 tbsp stevia
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp applesauce

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 190°C (375°F).
  • In a small bowl, toss together the berries, lemon juice and stevia until the berries are evenly coated. Transfer to a ramekin dish.

  • In a small bowl, mix together the flour, oats, stevia, cinnamon and applesauce until you have a crumbly mixture.
  • Spread the crumble over the berries and bake for 25 minutes.
