Using an electric hand whisk, beat together the egg and stevia on high until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
Whisk in the yogurt, vanilla extract and red food coloring.
Sift in the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder and whisk until smooth.
Transfer the batter to a 5-inch cake tin and bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Make the frosting by whisking together the cream cheese and 0 calorie icing sugar.
Allow the cake to cool before frosting. Cut the cake into 4 slices, serve and enjoy!

*Stevia - The stevia I use is twice as sweet as sugar so I use half the amount of sugar this recipe would requires (60g). If the sweetener you use is a 1:1 ratio to sugar then you would use 60g. Adjust the sweetener according to the sweetener you're using. *Red food coloring - I used gel food coloring so adjust yours accordingly.
