I heard you're looking for a low calorie, ultra chocolaty dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth? Well here's the fix - insanely good low calorie chocolate donuts! They are so soft, airy and topped with a rich and indulgent chocolate frosting.
Make the glaze by whisking together the yogurt, 0 calorie icing sugar and cocoa powder in a medium bowl until smooth. Set aside in the fridge.
In another medium bowl, whisk together the egg and stevia until light and fluffy. Add the milk, yogurt and vanilla extract and mix until smooth. Add the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda and mix well to combine.
Transfer the batter to a piping bag, snip off the end and pipe the batter evenly between a 6-count silicone donut mould. Transfer to the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into either side of the donut comes out clean. Allow them to cool in the mould for a few minutes before glazing.
Dip the donuts in the glaze and place on a cooling rack, glaze side up. Serve immediately and enjoy!
