Ingredients
  

  • 80 g blended oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 30 g stevia or 0 calorie sweetener
  • 50 g 0% fat yogurt
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 75 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 10 g sugar-free sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven t0 180°C (356°F). Spray a 6-count donut case with a few 1 calorie sprays.
  • Blend the oats until super fine and flour like in consistency.
  • Mix together the yogurt, milk and vanilla until well combined. Fold in the oat flour, sweetener, cinnamon and baking powder.
  • Spoon the mixture evenly into the donut molds.
  • Bake the donuts until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean - about 15 minutes.
  • Cool the donuts in the donut case for 2-5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Meanwhile, prepare the frosting by mixing the cream cheese and 0 calorie icing sugar until smooth. Spread the frosting onto the donuts and top with a handful of sprinkles. Enjoy!
