Simple, refreshing and super satisfying, these low calorie yogurt jam bites are the perfect low calorie snack! These jam bites come together pretty quickly and can easily be meal-prepped to snack on throughout the week.

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g mixed frozen berries
  • 1 tbsp stevia
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 100 g low fat yogurt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 20 g chocolate melted, (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, mash together the berries, stevia and lemon juice until smooth and well combined.

  • Spoon 1 heaped tablespoon of the mix onto parchment paper and form into a circle. Repeat until all of the mix has been used up, you should have 4 jam bites.

  • Freeze the jam bites until solid, about 1 hour.
  • In the meantime, mix together the yogurt and maple syrup until well combined.
  • Dip the jam bites into the yogurt mix until well coated and set onto parchment paper again. Drizzle with chocolate and freeze again until set, about 1 hour. Enjoy!
