Simple, refreshing and super satisfying, these low calorie yogurt jam bites are the perfect low calorie snack! These jam bites come together pretty quickly and can easily be meal-prepped to snack on throughout the week.
In a medium bowl, mash together the berries, stevia and lemon juice until smooth and well combined.
Spoon 1 heaped tablespoon of the mix onto parchment paper and form into a circle. Repeat until all of the mix has been used up, you should have 4 jam bites.
Freeze the jam bites until solid, about 1 hour.
In the meantime, mix together the yogurt and maple syrup until well combined.
Dip the jam bites into the yogurt mix until well coated and set onto parchment paper again. Drizzle with chocolate and freeze again until set, about 1 hour. Enjoy!
