A lower calorie version of the classic chocolate chip pancake we all love. These pancakes are fluffy, soft and filled with chocolaty goodness in every bite!
Sift the the flour, stevia and baking powder in a medium bowl and whisk together.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, vanilla extract and egg until well combined. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and whisk until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour 1/4 cup scoop of batter onto a hot, non-stick pan and cook over medium heat until golden brown. About 2-4 minutes.
Flip over and cook the other side for another 2-4 minutes.
