272 Calorie Chocolate Pancakes
A lower calorie version of the classic chocolate pancake we all love. These pancakes are fluffy, soft and oozing with chocolaty goodness in every bite!

1 small egg 1 tbsp stevia 50 ml unsweetened almond milk ½ tsp vanilla extract 40 g plain or all-purpose flour 15 g unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tsp baking powder
In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg, stevia, milk and vanilla until well combined.
Sift in the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Whisk to combine.
Pour ¼ cup of batter onto a hot, non-stick pan and cook over medium heat until bubbles form on the surface , about 2-4 minutes.
Flip over and cook the other side for another 2-4 minutes. Repeat this until all of the batter is used up. This should make around 4-5 pancakes.
Make the chocolate sauce by whisking together the yogurt, cocoa powder and icing sugar until smooth.
Serve pancakes with the chocolate sauce and enjoy!
