Thin, fluffy with crispy edges and filled with Oreo goodness, these low calorie Oreo crepes make a perfect low calorie breakfast for weight loss! They are sweet, satisfying and super easy to make. And the best part? These crepes require just 5 ingredients!
In a medium bowl, sift in the flour then mix in the sweetener. Whisk in the milk until smooth and lump free.
Pour 2 tbsp of the batter onto a hot, non-stick pan and cook until golden - about 1 minute. Flip and cook the other side for another minute. Repeat until all of the batter is used up.
Separate the Oreo and add the filling to the yogurt. Mix until well combined. In a small bowl, crush the Oreo biscuit/cookie until fine and set aside.
Spread 1-2 tsp of the yogurt onto a crepe and top with a sprinkle of Oreo crumbs. Repeat until all of the crepes are filled.
Serve with a glass of milk or cup of coffee and enjoy!
