Ingredients
  

  • 50 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp stevia
  • 90 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 60 g 0% fat yogurt
  • 1 oreo

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, sift in the flour then mix in the sweetener. Whisk in the milk until smooth and lump free.
  • Pour 2 tbsp of the batter onto a hot, non-stick pan and cook until golden - about 1 minute. Flip and cook the other side for another minute. Repeat until all of the batter is used up. 
  • Separate the Oreo and add the filling to the yogurt. Mix until well combined. In a small bowl, crush the Oreo biscuit/cookie until fine and set aside. 
  • Spread 1-2 tsp of the yogurt onto a crepe and top with a sprinkle of Oreo crumbs. Repeat until all of the crepes are filled. 
  • Serve with a glass of milk or cup of coffee and enjoy!
