Ingredients
  

  • 50 g oats
  • 1 tbsp 0 calorie brown sugar
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 30 g 0% fat yogurt
  • 30 ml unsweetened almond milk

  • In a medium bowl combine the oats, cinnamon, sweetener, yogurt and milk. Mix together until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and refrigerate overnight.
  • The next morning, make the frosting by mixing together the cream cheese and 0 calorie icing sugar until well combined.
  • Pipe the frosting onto the oats and enjoy!
