50 g oats 1 tbsp 0 calorie brown sugar ½ tsp ground cinnamon 30 g 0% fat yogurt 30 ml unsweetened almond milk
In a medium bowl combine the oats, cinnamon, sweetener, yogurt and milk. Mix together until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and refrigerate overnight.
The next morning, make the frosting by mixing together the cream cheese and 0 calorie icing sugar until well combined.
Pipe the frosting onto the oats and enjoy!
