Ingredients
  

  • 43 g (half) banana
  • 25 g flour
  • 15 g (1 tbsp) stevia
  • tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 15 g applesauce
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 180°C (356°F).
  • In a small bowl, mash the banana using a fork. Whisk in the stevia, applesauce and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Then mix in the flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Pour the batter into a 7-ounce ramekin dish and bake for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
