This low calorie funfetti mug cake is the quickest and easiest way to satisfy your sweet craving. Made with a fluffy vanilla sponge, this mug cake is vegan and dairy-free too!
Add in the oil and milk and mix until we’ll combined.Top with the sugar-free sprinkles and microwave for 50-75 seconds. (For reference, my microwave is 700W and it took 65 seconds).
Allow the mug cake 1-2 minutes to cool before enjoying.
