Ingredients
  

  • 40 g full-fat yogurt
  • 20 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 30 g 0 calorie brown sugar
  • 30 g self-raising flour
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • 10 g lotus biscoff spread

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 180°C (356°F).
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the yogurt, milk, vanilla extract and 0 calorie brown sugar until well combined.
  • Sift in the flour and baking soda and mix until well combined.
  • Transfer the batter to a 9cm ramekin dish, add the lotus Biscoff spread to the center and cover over with the cake batter.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the either side of the cake comes out clean. Let the cake cool for 2-3 minutes.
  • Place a small dessert plate over the ramekin and then flip, placing the cake onto the dessert plate.
  • Serve with low calorie vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
