Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices low calorie bread
  • 50 g or 2 slices 50% reduced fat cheddar cheese
  • 20 g light butter

Instructions
 

  • Heat a small saucepan over medium heat.
  • Spread 10g of butter onto each slice of bread.
  • Place one slice of bread onto the heated pan, buttered side down and add the cheese.
  • Sandwich with the other slice of bread, butter side up. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until nicely golden before flipping and cooking the other side for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
